At Knockinaam we don’t want to keep our culinary secrets to ourselves, we want to share them with you. Stay for two nights and let Tony share his Michelin star secrets and tips with you. You will receive an hour and a half cooking demonstration each afternoon and a tutored wine tasting in a relaxed environment on Saturday morning.
