Valentines Gourmet Weekend
10th & 11th February 2023
Arrive and relax by the roaring fire before our early evening wine tasting. Ian Matthews, of Corney & Barrow Fine Wines, will be on hand to share his amazing knowledge and talk about the wines specifically selected to match Chef Tony’s food offering. As a group we will decide the wines to compliment Saturday evenings tasting dinner. Dinner at leisure on the first night. Wake to a hearty Knockinaam breakfast before a bracing walk or relax by the fire. Join Chef Tony and his team for a Cookery Demonstration in the afternoon, including our famed ingredient recognition quiz, with prizes for the winners. Tony and his Sous Chef, Ewan, will demonstrate intricate cooking techniques showcasing the finest local ingredients, many coming straight from the Knockinaam Garden. A Champagne reception with canapes in the evening, followed by a 6 course tasting menu with the paired wines.
