Our Gourmet Weekend with a Difference!

Friday 23rd & Saturday 24th February 2024

Join us at Knockinaam Lodge in Dumfries and Galloway for a special Gourmet Weekend!

Arrive and relax by the roaring fire before an early evening of wine tasting. Ian Matthews, of Corney & Barrow Fine Wines, will be on hand to share his amazing knowledge and talk abut the wines specifically selected to match Chef Tonys’ food offering.  As a group we will decide the wines to compliment Saturday evenings tasting dinner.

Enjoy a special break with a difference…

Wake to a hearty Knockinaam breakfast before joining a Fish Preparation Demonstration.

Tony and his Sous Chef, Ewan, will demonstrate intricate cooking techniques showcasing cooking the freshly prepared fish. This will coincide with our famed ingredient recognition quiz, with prizes for the winners.

A Champagne reception with canapés, followed by a 6 – course tasting menu with the paired wines awaits!
