Served: 6.30pm – 8.30pm, Mon – Sun

Awarded 3 AA Rosettes for culinary excellence, dining at Knockinaam Lodge is an experience to savour and one of the most celebrated fine dining restaurants in Dumfries and Galloway.

Often recognised among the region’s most award-winning places to eat, each dinner is a carefully choreographed performance of creativity, flavour, and the finest seasonal produce. This is destination dining on Scotland’s south-west coast, where atmosphere and cuisine come together seamlessly.

Head Chef Tony Pierce and his team craft exceptional seven-course set menus, changing daily to showcase the very best local ingredients, alongside fruit, herbs, and vegetables grown in our own Kitchen Garden. Every dish is prepared and presented with the artistry, precision, and care that define Knockinaam’s dining experience.
