Relax in the drawing room enjoying a glass or two as an aperitif before dinner or reserve your palate for the culinary delights awaiting you there – you will soon appreciate the great quality throughout the hotel’s great list.

Our Scottish country house tradition of fine food and great wine is very much the focus of our lovely informal restaurant. Knockinaam Lodge and its award-winning restaurant is as widely recognised for its superb range of wines and champagnes as it is a destination for food lovers.

Partner each course with the perfect wine

Complement each course with the ideal wine that brings out the best of both the tastes of the dish and the flavour of the wine. David and the team are ready to help you make the choice that is right for your palate and personal taste, removing the great dilemma of what to choose?

We have a Coravin system, which enables us to pour just one glass without spoiling the wine left in the bottle. That means you can choose from 16 house wines by the bottle or the glass, ranging in price from £9 to £23 per glass.

We are very proud of our house selection of wines, which are estate bottled, high quality wines chosen to complement the foods we serve at Knockinaam, and the ones we drink at home. David is constantly trying new wines, adding to our wine list from emerging new regions as well as traditional countries to offer an exciting and surprising choices from around the world.
