November at Knockinaam

As November unfolds at Knockinaam, the serene beauty of late Autumn in South West Scotland becomes ever more apparent. The landscape, now adorned with the falling Autumn leaves, creates a breathtaking backdrop for our guests.

Our kitchen garden offers an abundance of late harvest produce which inspires our November menu, where warmth and comfort are incorporated into every dish. Our fresh and local ingredients reflect the heart of Scottish cuisine during this time of year.

We invite you for leisurely strolls along our private Cove where the rolling waves and picturesque landscape offer a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life. Evenings are a time for warmth and relaxation at the lodge, where guests can unwind by the roaring fire and escape those colder evenings.

What’s growing?

This November, our Kitchen garden at Knockinaam is a vibrant palette of fresh and homegrown ingredients, ready to elevate each of our dishes. Our daily changing menu is a testament to our commitment to freshness and quality, featuring the best of what’s in season and growing this November.

We have an abundance of fresh vegetables; savour the crisp, earthy flavours of our broccoli, artichoke, turnip and cauliflower, each harvested at the peak of freshness as well as kale, sweet carrots, horseradish, a mix of fresh Peppers, chillies, tomatoes, herbs and leeks.
