Perfect for a relaxing escape, South’s double aspect sea view makes it one of the brightest rooms in the hotel, capturing both the morning and afternoon sun, as well as stunning sunsets out across the Irish Sea.

Depending on your requirements, we can set up this room with either one king-sized bed or two single beds. The ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub offers the ideal space to relax and treat yourself, with stunning views out onto our own private cove; a slice of paradise. Our handmade, artisan toiletries are supplied by Apothecally essence of Galloway and have been handcrafted beneath the dark skies of the Galloway Forest. 

This is the brightest room in the hotel, and South offers glorious views with windows facing the sea and a side window overlooking the pond in our carefully curated grounds. With a window seat overlooking the bay with sea views to Ireland and two easy chairs for relaxing, it’s an ideal space to escape the everyday.

Comfortable Room with Inclusive Amenities and Modern Essentials

Thoughtfully appointed, this room offers contemporary comforts from TV to WiFi and essentials including a hairdryer, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water.

Maximum occupancy two adults and one child. This room can either be set up with one king-sized bed or two single beds. An aerobed to sleep a child under 12 is available (please request at the time of booking).

Rates are for two people for the entire stay and are inclusive of tea or coffee each afternoon, dinner each evening, full Scottish breakfast each morning, early morning tea daily and VAT.

Pet-Friendly Rooms with Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay

Your four-legged friends are welcome in South by prior arrangement, and will incur a charge. They are not permitted in the public areas of the hotel (Restaurant, Residents Lounge, Drawing Room etc).

We thank you in advance for showing consideration toward your fellow guests by ensuring that your dog is kept on a lead at all times whilst within the hotel grounds.
