Set against the backdrop of Knockinaam’s stunning location, this two-night stay offers the perfect blend of tradition, fine dining, and nature’s awe-inspiring wildlife.

Begin your retreat by settling into our luxurious accommodations, where you can relax by the roaring fire and enjoy a cup of tea accompanied by our homemade shortbread.

At 6pm, guests are invited to the Drawing Room for an intimate tasting experience hosted by General Manager, Des Caldwell, and Bladnoch Distillery’s Visitor Centre Manager, Raphael Marinoni. Explore the distinctive flavours of Bladnoch’s renowned whiskies, single malts, and Crafty Gin, expertly guided by Raphael.

Savour an exquisite seven-course dinner curated by Head Chef Tony Pierce and his team, featuring vegetables, herbs and fruit picked from our own organic kitchen garden and the finest quality locally sourced ingredients. Dinner can be accompanied by one of two Premium wine flights or a Whiskey Flight.

Start your day with a hearty full Scottish breakfast, followed by a two-hour Birds of Prey experience at 1:00 PM, where you’ll get up close to some magnificent species, finishing with an eagle’s breathtaking display.

In the evening, enjoy our seven-course Burns-inspired taster menu, featuring the ceremonial piping in of the haggis and a spirited recitation of Burns’ “Address to a Haggis,” all paired with delicious dishes and a touch of Scottish folklore.

Before departing on Sunday morning, enjoy a final full Scottish breakfast, offering you the perfect end to a truly unique and memorable weekend.
